Long gone are the days when Men go to work and provide for the family and Women stay home look after the kids as domestic engineers 
These days it seems as though it might be the other way around with more and more men staying at home to look after the kids (especially with many being made redundant), as the women provide for the family with their successful careers.
Even the First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, i don’t know about you but i think she is more respected by the public than the President himself. Shes definitely more popular thats for sure. You know what they say… “behind every great man lies a greater woman!”
Which brings us to todays video post. Network Marketing giant Amway (also known as Quixtar) has stood the test of time as one of the most successful companies in the industry, and so they should be being a 50 year old company.
Amway’s Chief Marketing Officer, and Yes shes a woman by the name of Candice Matthews leading Amway into the next half century. Earlier this year she was named “Black Corporate Executive of the Year” and is also featured in an interview for this video which discusses her roll at Amway.

Women have the ability to multitask for eg read the paper whilst eating breakfast whilst talking on the phone whilst listening to the radio!
Where as Men Can only do one thing at a time…
Well i cant leave this out, though men can only do 1 thing at a time, they DO A DAMN GOOD JOB!
